The Editorial Board is currently reviewing and editing papers from the 2006-2008 conferences. The first publication (from 2005) is available online and the anticipated dates for the 2006, 2007 and 2008 papers are also stated on the website at

Plenary and Featured Speakers in 2009

Educational Site Visits
Conference delegates touring
a local school Class in Progress Lunch at Friends Restaurant School kids after class
International delegates may like to consider arrival in Phnom Penh on Thursday 19 February, since the proposed educational site visits will be conducted on the morning of Friday 20 February and will finish in time to allow conference registration in the afternoon. The educational site visits will include lunch at "Friends" Restaurant, a well-known local NGO that provides literacy and training programs for street children.
